Preparing and Cooking
To prepare the best burger you have ever tasted: Wagyu beef prepares best when defrosted and brought to room temperature before cooking. Total cook time of 5-6 minutes. Ensure burgers reach an internal temperature of 71C (160F)
Preheat grill or pan to high and brush with cooking oil. Season both sides of burger with salt and pepper. Place burger on hot grill/pan. Flip when well browned (2-3 minutes). Lower heat to medium and cook to your liking, for medium approx. 3-4 minutes more. Remove from heat and allow to rest briefly.
